ATN88 only accepts membership applications from individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. ATN88 reserves the right to reject or terminate any account found to be non-compliant with these requirements at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration to use the ATN88 platform. ATN88 takes the protection of minors seriously and reserves the right to request age verification documents (such as a MyKad or passport) at any time. Accounts confirmed to belong to a minor will be terminated immediately and the balance will be frozen.
The ATN88 platform is intended primarily for players residing in Malaysia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the ATN88 platform complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located. ATN88 bears no liability for any breach of local laws committed by users.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) ATN88 account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of ATN88's terms and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses without prior notice.
ATN88 employs advanced detection technology to identify multiple account ownership, including checks on IP addresses, device information, and payment details. Attempts to circumvent these systems may result in a permanent ban.
When registering for an ATN88 account, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name (as shown on your MyKad or passport), an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and your date of birth.
ATN88 reserves the right to request identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time, particularly when your monthly withdrawals exceed RM5,000 or when our detection system flags activity requiring further review. Documents that may be requested include:
Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe (typically 7 business days) may result in the temporary suspension of your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ATN88 account username and password. ATN88 recommends using a strong password (a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols), changing your password regularly, and never sharing your login credentials with anyone. ATN88 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

ATN88 does not accept payments in the form of cash, cheques, or international transfers. Only the valid Malaysian electronic payment methods listed above are accepted.
The minimum withdrawal amount at ATN88 is RM50 per transaction. The maximum daily withdrawal limit for a standard account is RM100,000. All withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes to your Malaysian bank account or e-wallet after approval.
ATN88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security review purposes, identity verification, or investigation of suspicious activity. In such cases, ATN88 will notify the member within 24 hours and complete the review within 5 business days.
All bonuses offered by ATN88 — including the 150% Welcome Bonus, 0.8% sports rebate, and other periodic promotions — are subject to rollover requirements. Rollover refers to the total valid wagering amount that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
Placing bets on both sides of the same match using bonus funds ("bonus hedging") is prohibited and will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
All sports betting at ATN88 — covering Malaysian Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, tennis, basketball, cricket, and other sports — is processed in accordance with the relevant international sports rules and ATN88-specific regulations. Odds are final at the time the bet is accepted by the system.
A bet will be considered void and the stake fully refunded in the following circumstances:

The following are strictly prohibited on the ATN88 platform and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances and winnings:
ATN88 works closely with the relevant authorities. Any activity suspected of fraud or money laundering will be reported to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
You may close your ATN88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all pending bets must be settled and all rollover requirements must be fulfilled. Valid balances will be returned within 3–5 business days.
ATN88 reserves the right to suspend or close your account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Accounts that show no login or betting activity for 24 months consecutive months will be considered inactive. ATN88 will send an email notice 30 days before an account is declared inactive. An administrative fee of RM10 per month will be charged against the balance of inactive accounts after the 30-day notice has been issued.

In cases where ATN88 is found liable, the maximum compensation claimable is limited to the total amount you have deposited within the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
ATN88 takes member privacy very seriously. All personal information collected during registration and use of the platform is processed in accordance with ATN88's Privacy Policy, which can be found at our Privacy Policy page. By using the ATN88 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ATN88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the ATN88 website. Continued use of the ATN88 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
For material amendments (significant changes to member rights or obligations), ATN88 will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through the procedures established under ATN88's internal policies.
